You will take a leading role in managing client relationships, driving media engagement, and fostering business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management
- Interpret client briefs and develop effective communication strategies.
- Provide creative and strategic solutions that deliver impactful results.
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and trust.
- Resolve client challenges proactively, escalating when necessary.
Media & Sell-In
- Identify media opportunities and additional services to enhance client success.
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating junior staff.
Business Growth & Leadership
- Take a leadership role in driving business growth and new opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members, helping them grow in their roles.
- Develop and manage Account Executives (AEs) and Senior Account Executives (SAEs), ensuring their success.
- Build and maintain a strong industry network to generate new business leads.
- Assist in client negotiations and new business pitches.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in delivering key business initiatives.
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Deliver workshops and internal training sessions to upskill the team.

- Proven experience in account management, PR, or communications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- A track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
