We're looking for an Account Manager to join our client’s global team in Dublin, supporting groundbreaking work across sectors like fintech, sustainability, deep tech, web3, venture capital, and B2B enterprise.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations, craft creative strategies, and manage a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results for high-profile clients. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute communications strategies, managing key client accounts and relationships.
  • Secure top-tier media coverage across major outlets and trade publications.
  • Build and leverage relationships with journalists to amplify client stories.
  • Mentor junior staff, delegating effectively while maintaining a hands-on approach.
  • Balance competing priorities such as client calls, news announcements, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Stay ahead of media trends in the tech landscape, identifying opportunities for clients.

 

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in PR, ideally in an agency setting, but interested in hearing from candidates from inhouse backgrounds.
  • Proven track record managing corporate clients and securing media coverage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of delivering above expectations.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
