Capstone Hill Search Ltd is a specialist search and selection consultancy, founded and led by Public Relations and recruitment industry experts. Our belief is that the public relations and communications industry is highly specialised and requires significant industry knowledge and contacts in order to be supported efficiently in respect of search and selection.
Equally as digital has rapidly added to, and altered traditional communications channels, so too have barriers been diminished to a globalised career marketplace. Jeremy Wrench, Group Managing Director
Capstone Hill Search is led by Jeremy Wrench, a qualified marketing and public relations professional with 15 years of experience across many disciplines including marketing communications, public affairs, issues management, publicity, cause-related marketing, corporate profiling, business consulting and senior management.
Jeremy worked with a number of leading Australian and UK based consultancies, and most recently has been General Manager of Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian operations for Australia’s largest public relations consultancy, Professional Public Relations.
Prior to this role Jeremy held Associate Director roles with Banc Communications based in Oxford and then, top five UK consultancy, Harrison Cowley.
Jeremy also has an extensive background in international consultancy having led UK, Pan-European, Trans-Atlantic, Middle-Eastern and Australasian campaigns for corporate, technology, consumer and professional services industries.
Jeremy is also a former board member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA).

Jamie McLaughlin, Managing Director
Jamie has 7 years experience in PR and Communications and has developed an expert ability to recognise clients’ and candidates’ needs. He has worked with the world’s largest brands and has an unrivalled understanding of communications consultancies.
Successfully working across 4 continents, he has a global network spanning the likes of Media Relations, Corporate PR, New Media, Public Affairs and Marketing Communications. He excels in executive search, offering high level consultation to communications professionals.
Jamie is a Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) as well as being a qualified Financial Adviser and holds a Politics & Economics degree from the University of Liverpool.

Angelika Beguidjanova, Regional Director
Angelika is a seasoned international Executive Search Consultant with expert experience in high-level Marketing and Communications recruitment. Angelika’s background includes two years in international journalism covering the financial sector in emerging markets and 7 years of international recruitment within the financial services industry. Angelika started her recruitment career in London and after 4 years she moved to Hong Kong to set up an office there, focusing on senior Marketing and Comms recruitment.
Angelika speaks four languages and worked in the US, Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. She is a graduate of European Business School of International Management and is IMC (Investment Management Certificate) qualified.

Amanda Cummergen, Regional Manager, Sydney
With over 15 years experience in marketing and public relations in both consultancy and in-house environments, Amanda has a wide range of experience in media relations, crisis and issues management, stakeholder engagement, corporate identity and brand management and marketing communications.
Amanda has worked with some of the top PR agencies in the UK and Australia and was until recently Associate Director of WordStorm PR.
Amanda’s long and successful career in the PR and marketing field gives her first-hand knowledge and understanding of the variety of roles that clients are looking to fill. In addition, having been a client herself on many occasions, she knows what clients are looking for in a successful recruiter.
Amanda has considerable international experience having spent three years working on a worldwide campaign co-ordinating clients and media across 30 countries.
Amanda is member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) and the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).
